Greenwich Peninsula is a 150 acre development site known as the ‘New London’. The completed site will incorporate seven new neighbourhoods, with extensive residential led mixed use accommodation, leisure and entertainment facilities and a golf course.
Cahill Design Consultants was contracted by TUV SUD, on behalf of their Client London & Quadrant (L&Q) to proved full Fire Engineering and Acoustic consultancy services to Plots 18.01 and 18.02 of the Greenwich Peninsula development. Support was provided to RIBA Stages 2-4.
The two plots will incorporate four high rise residential towers and two blocks of three storey houses. Extensive mixed use space is provided at ground floor levels, with two large car parking areas at lower ground floor.
