We provide the required facade-related information for Gateway 3, ensuring the installed external wall demonstrates compliance with safety and performance obligations ahead of occupation.
Our engineers carry out site inspections to check installation quality, workmanship, sequencing and alignment with approved details. Findings are captured in clear reports with actions and recommendations to support smooth delivery.
We monitor facade works as part of the Client Monitoring Team (CMT) for compliance with Building Regulations, fire and safety requirements, material standards and project specifications. Regular reporting helps clients maintain certainty and address any emerging issues early.

Where required, we provide a full novated service following contractor appointment, supporting coordination, technical assurance, change management and quality control throughout construction.
