On Wednesday 15th May, Acoustic Consultant Nicolas Assiotis attended the Institute of Acoustics (IOA) Awards Lunch as Edgbaston Stadium.
The IOA put on a fantastic afternoon to celebrate high performers. Nicolas was rewarded for passing his IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control with 5 merits and the highest marks.
The diploma is the widely recognised as the leading specialist qualification for professional practitioners in acoustics. It covers the general principles and specific applications of acoustics and noise control. It requires a year of part-time study, including coursework, written examinations and a project.
