About the role

As our office administrator you will play a pivotal role in the running of day to day operations across the company. You will be the first contact on site providing support and guidance to all consultants for project specific and office related duties.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.

We are looking for someone with a natural ability to organise and keenness to develop their skills across multiple disciplines. A team player and a willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to our team of consultants to ensure the efficient operation of new and ongoing projects.

Diary Management.

Make travel arrangements for staff such as booking trains, cars and hotel or restaurant reservations.

Document Control, coordinating bid documentation, admin checking, and distributing documentation to consultants and clients.

Uploading of project documents to the company database.

Be the main contact for opening projects and updating information on our company database and CMS when required.

Financial management; including invoicing, debt collection and monthly reporting.

Work closely with the Marketing lead to support the production of written content for both awards applications and educational content. Supporting the overarching marketing strategy.

Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to turn complex information into accessible and engaging content.

Seek opportunities to increase and improve the companies reach to current and potential future clients. 

You will be based within either of our Colchester or London offices. Home working and flexible working arrangements are also possible and part time roles may be considered for the right candidate.
